Mgr. Magdaléna Lukášová studied at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague, where she graduated in 2015. During her studies, she worked in legal departments in the state sector (Agency for the Protection of Nature and Landscape and the Police Presidium of the Police of the Czech Republic) and subsequently, in 2016, transferred to the legal profession, specifically to AK Čechovský & Václavek, where she worked throughout her legal career and where she has been working as a cooperating attorney since successfully passing the bar exams in 2019.
As part of her practice, she mainly deals with administrative law, namely immigration law and citizenship law.
She speaks English.
